Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Karachi. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving measurable growth across digital marketing campaigns. in driving performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the creative and e-commerce teams to develop engaging campaigns.
  • Monitor budget allocation, track spends, and optimize for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles with a
    proven record of delivering measurable results
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or similar.
  • Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Ability to create reports, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics industries is a plus.
