About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled
eBay Specialist
to manage and grow our online store presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, customer communication, and driving sales through strategic listing optimization and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize eBay product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify pricing trends.
  • Manage inventory, orders, and returns efficiently.
  • Handle customer queries and feedback professionally to ensure a high satisfaction rate.
  • Use SEO techniques and eBay tools to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor store performance, prepare sales reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing or assisting with an eBay store
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, especially eBay Seller Hub.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience with tools like
    InkFrog, ChannelAdvisor, ZIK Analytics & Terapeak (by eBay)
  • Knowledge of eBay SEO, PPC ads, and product research.
  • Familiarity with international shipping & fulfillment (US/UK markets).
