The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and successfully closing new clients through modern digital platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Reddit, and Twitter, as well as other lead-generation channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through Discord communities, Twitch streamers, Reddit forums, Twitter trends, and other online platforms.
Research and build strong pipelines of qualified leads.
Engage with prospects in a professional and value-driven manner.
2. Client Engagement
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs. Present tailored solutions based on client requirements. Build and maintain relationships to develop trust and long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Process & Conversion
Create proposals, presentations, and quotations that align with client expectations. Negotiate terms effectively to close deals successfully.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients with the operations team.
4. Account Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell additional services where possible.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
5. Performance Tracking
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others) to track leads, progress, and results. Analyze conversion rates and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in digital services, SaaS, or marketing).
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Reddit, and Twitter for client hunting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
