What You Will Do:

We are seeking an
Assistant Manager – Admin (AM Admin)
to manage day-to-day administrative, facilities, and operational functions across the organization. You will ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders, timely execution of tasks, and compliance with company policies, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Waseela's operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities and company assets, including tagging and proper maintenance.
  • Process invoices and expense claims through OS/ERP.
  • Ensure HSE compliance, exercising safety and security protocols.
  • Vendor management and coordination with suppliers.
  • Timely updating of company policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure travel policy compliance and manage travel requests.
  • Inventory management and procurement support.
  • PSO Fuel Cards and company vehicles/drivers management.
  • Maintain records at all levels and internal communication.
  • Liaison among zones/offices as required.
  • Ensure timely coordination with all stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • ERP / OS environment / Frappe.
  • Fast-paced reporting and task management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Multitasking and accurate interpretation of processes.
