Position: Sales Manager - Lahore
Responsibilities:

  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meet planned sales goals and targets.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff.
  • Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promote the organizations products and brand.
  • Understand target customers and how they relate to the companys products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
