Senior Education Counsellor

What You'll Do:

  • Guide students through study and migration pathways with accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage end-to-end admissions: from course selection and documentation to GTE and visa guidance.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain updated records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with institutions and internal teams for smooth application processing.
  • Represent OEVS at events, school visits, and education fairs.
  • Deliver pre-departure support and student success sessions.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, or related field)

1–2 years of experience in education counselling or student recruitment

Strong understanding of Australian education and visa systems

Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
