We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to handle daily office tasks and assist staff in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should be punctual, polite, and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Keep the office premises clean and organized (including tables, desks, washrooms, and meeting rooms).
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required.
  • Run errands such as delivering documents, collecting parcels, or purchasing office supplies.
  • Support administrative staff with routine tasks.
  • Ensure all office equipment and furniture are in proper condition.
  • Duty time from 5pm to 5am.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation or equivalent education (minimum).
  • Prior experience in office assistance or a similar role (preferred).
  • Polite, disciplined, and honest personality.
  • Basic understanding of office etiquette and cleanliness.
  • Max age limit is 25
