Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Office Support Staff member to help maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be proactive, respectful, and able to manage a variety of routine tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve beverages like tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
  • Keep the office premises clean and organized, including pantry.
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies.
  • Run errands as requested by management (e.g. Purchasing supplies).
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Provide basic support to staff with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

  • Matric diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as an office boy or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Punctual, reliable, and honest.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and other tasks if required.

Timings: 7 AM to 7 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs25, Rs40,000.00 per month
