Okay Corp is a dynamic food and hospitality group in Pakistan, managing and developing multiple brands like Wasabi, Villa The Grand Buffet, Okay Beans, Nirala, Tuscany Courtyard, NomNom Wok and more across casual dining, quick service, and specialty concepts. With a strong multi-brand strategy, Okay Corp operates and consults in diverse segments including coffee, pizza, burgers, Asian cuisine, buffets, and catering. Beyond its own portfolio, the company also provides end-to-end consultancy and B2B solutions for entrepreneurs and investors in the food and beverage sector, covering everything from location acquisition and design execution to menu development, staff training, and digital presence
.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Branding

  • Develop original, high-quality photo and video content covering food, products, ambience, events, and overall brand experience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic and tone.
  • Design engaging visuals, reels, and campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and execute regular posts, stories, and reels across all relevant platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and respond promptly to inquiries, leads, and bookings through direct messages.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and timely follow-ups.

Editing & Design

  • Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other professional editing tools.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling through short-form and long-form content.

Influencer & PR Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with food, fashion, and lifestyle influencers.
  • Assist in the creation of PR campaigns and ensure continuous influencer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator and/or Social Media Manager.
  • Advanced editing and design skills with a strong creative portfolio.
  • Strong photography and videography expertise.
  • Ability to think outside the box while following structured brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond efficiently and professionally.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to address social media inquiries outside office hours when required.

  • Play a vital role in positioning the brand as a leader in food and lifestyle experiences through innovative content and storytelling.
