Job Overview

Smart Computing is seeking a motivated Associate SQA Engineer with around 2 years of experience in manual software testing.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring software quality, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow their skills in a collaborative professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual, exploratory, UAT, cross-browser, and mobile app testing to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create effective test scenarios.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Assist in regression testing and ensure all issues are resolved before release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in manual testing (Exploratory, UAT, cross-browser, mobile app testing).
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new testing techniques and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs63, Rs81,000.00 per month
