Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven
Growth Executive
to lead our B2B outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will excel at building meaningful business relationships, tapping into professional networks—especially LinkedIn—to connect with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships that fuel SmartBenefits' growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect Identification:
Proactively research and identify potential corporate clients across industries.

Targeted Outreach:
Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking events.

Value Presentation:
Clearly communicate SmartBenefits' solutions, aligning them with each prospect's business needs.

Lead Qualification:
Assess potential leads to ensure alignment with business goals before passing them to the sales closing team.
·
Relationship Building:
Develop rapport with key contacts, ensuring long-term relationship potential beyond the initial outreach.
- Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to refine outreach strategies.

Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing to align outreach campaigns with brand messaging and lead generation targets.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor outreach KPIs, analyze results, and share insights with the leadership team.
Brand Representation:
Represent SmartBenefits at professional events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, outreach, or business development—preferably in SaaS, insurance, or HR tech.
- Strong presence and networking skills on
LinkedIn
and other professional platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms is an advantage.
