We're looking for an
AI-Savvy HR Professional (Remote – Pakistan)
who can dedicate just 3
hours per day
to help us grow our global engineering team.

  • At VerraCloud, we're a
    U.S.-based Cloud and AI consulting company
    delivering innovative solutions in
    Data, DevOps, and AI
    . As we expand, we need a creative HR person who can blend
    people skills
    with
    AI-driven efficiency
    — using tools like
    ChatGPT, Notion AI, and LinkedIn automation
    to source, screen, and engage top talent.
  • At

    , we operate with a
    First-AI and Remote-First mindset
    — combining innovation, flexibility, and intelligence to empower our global teams and deliver transformative cloud and AI solutions.

What You'll Do (in just 3 hours/day):

  • 3+ years of Startup Exp
  • Source and screen candidates for roles in React, Django, DevOps, and Data.
  • Conduct brief HR interviews and share notes.
  • Use AI tools to write job posts, automate outreach, and summarize profiles.
  • Coordinate final interviews with our U.S. and Pakistan hiring team.

3 hours per day (Remote – Pakistan)

  • Salary/month + bonuses
  • Must be comfortable using AI tools for recruitment
