Business Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact for business teams on all AI-related matters. Understand business needs and translate them into actionable AI programs.

AI Program Management: Lead and coordinate the delivery of AI projects and initiatives for business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Talent Sourcing & Development: Identify, attract, and onboard AI talent to support business programs. Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

AI Governance & Guardrails: Enforce AI policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements. Ensure responsible AI adoption, including risk management, explainability, and bias mitigation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and compliance teams to deliver impactful and compliant AI solutions.

Change Management & Enablement: Drive change management, training, and enablement activities to support business teams in adopting AI solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Business, or related field.

Experience: 5+ Years of experience in program management, business partnering, and talent management.

Technical Expertise: Understanding of AI/ML technologies, program management methodologies, and AI governance frameworks.

Skills: Business acumen, stakeholder management, program leadership, talent sourcing, change management, and effective communication.

Must have: Proven experience managing AI programs for business units and enforcing AI guardrails in a regulated environment.

Preferred experience: working experience in management consulting or startups
