TMR Consulting is looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our dynamic Sales team.
Role Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Finance, Commerce, and related Power Platform solutions),Microsoft 365, Azure.
This role focuses on building relationships with SMEs and mid-market clients, identifying business challenges, and positioning Dynamics 365 as a digital-transformation enabler.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and events.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (Dynamics 365 Sales).
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and quotations for customers.
- Schedule demos and coordinate with Pre-Sales Consultants for solution walkthroughs.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to build a steady lead pipeline.
- Maintain awareness of local compliance requirements (e.g., UAE VAT, upcoming e-Invoicing, data residency).
- Report weekly on leads, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly qualified lead targets (MQL/SQL goals).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 3 years' experience in IT / ERP / software sales (Dynamics, SAP, or Odoo experience preferred).
- Familiarity with UAE business culture communication.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Azure, M365).
