We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
who is passionate about technology, sales, and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify potential clients and new market opportunities in local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and work closely with the technical and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT, software, or digital services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
