We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our officee (Mozang 03 fane Lahore).

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, generating qualified leads, and building a strong digital brand for our specialized medical billing services. You'll be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies across all channels to promote our medical billing services and brand.
  • Lead Generation:
    Drive qualified lead generation campaigns using various digital tactics, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social advertising, and email marketing.
  • Social Media Management:
    Oversee and execute all social media marketing activities (content creation, posting, community engagement, and paid promotion) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • SEO/SEM:
    Manage and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Digital Presence Optimization:
    Maintain, update, and optimize the company's website and overall digital presence for a seamless user experience and maximum conversion.
  • Content & Campaign Management:
    Collaborate with content teams to ensure marketing materials are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for digital channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track, measure, and analyze performance across all digital marketing campaigns and activities, providing regular reports with actionable insights to management.
  • Platform Development:
    Assist in the maintenance and development of company digital platforms, leveraging expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS).

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing effective digital campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in Lead Generation through digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Expertise in CMS development (WordPress, Shopify) or similar platforms for managing and updating corporate websites.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
