The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading renal-care hospital invites applications for the following position:

MANAGER MATERIAL MANAGEMENT / SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT:

The ideal candidate will lead and streamline our procurement, and logistics operations and fulfill the following job responsibilities.

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead procurement, warehouse, and supply chain functions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support procurement and store teams.

2. Procurement & Operational Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including Capex items.
  • Prepare and approve comparative statements and purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely turnaround of purchase requisitions.

3. Supplier & Market Management

  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Explore new suppliers for quality products at competitive terms.
  • Monitor market trends and price fluctuations, reporting to management.

4. Compliance & Policy Oversight

  • Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage tender processes and related documentation.
  • Maintain adherence to TKC rules and administrative directives.

5. Financial & Contractual Coordination

  • Coordinate with Finance on LC openings and manage supplier shipments.
  • Review and ensure proper LC terms and procurement documentation.

Job Requirements

· Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

· 5–7 years of experience in supply chain/material management (preferably in healthcare or hospital settings).

· Strong knowledge of procurement systems, vendor negotiations, and compliance standards.

· Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
