Male Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic/hospital software.
• Handle patient registrations, maintain accurate records, and update databases.
• Manage cash collections for consultations, procedures, or pharmacy bills.
• Issue receipts and maintain a daily log of financial transactions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with the accounts team.
• Use practice management software (e.g., HMS/EMR) for billing, scheduling, and patient records.
• Assist with insurance claim forms, medical billing, and reports when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth operations. Working hours is : 02:00 pm to 09:00 pm
