Responsibilities

  • Research, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art ML architectures for NLP, OCR, and Computer Vision (experience with multimodal transformers is a plus).
  • Build and fine-tune vision models, including YOLO and other lightweight CV architectures.
  • Design and apply appropriate evaluation metrics for ML models.
  • Monitor, maintain, and QA deployed ML systems.
  • Write optimized, SOLID, and test-driven Python code for production.
  • Manage code with Git/GitLab and track data/models with DVC.
  • Deploy ML models as inference microservices (HTTP APIs).
  • Collaborate on backend integration using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Work with Celery and Redis for task orchestration.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with LLMs, VLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning/AI.
  • Strong Python programming skills with production-level experience.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with vision models (e.g., YOLO, other CV models).
  • Comfortable working in Linux/bash environments.
  • Experience with Docker and model serving (TorchServe or similar).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is a plus.
