At Shopin Ecom, we're looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager who has proven experience managing end-to-end Amazon operations, from strategy and optimization to troubleshooting and brand growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Brand Management.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon policies, account health, and code of conduct.
  • Proven experience in handling Amazon cases and communicating effectively with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing or account-related issues.
  • Strong understanding of Flat Files and Bulk Uploads, including creating, updating, and troubleshooting listings through flat files.
  • Ability to identify and resolve flat file errors efficiently.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as Design and Catalog.
  • Proficient in written English for client reporting and communication.
  • Confident spoken English for seamless coordination with US-based clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven brand growth strategies across multiple marketplaces.
  • Perform listing optimization, PPC campaigns optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct brand audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with design and catalog teams for high-quality listing visuals and content.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly brand performance reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure account health compliance and handle all operational challenges promptly.

Office Timings:

Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Break: 8:00 PM – 8:40 PM
