Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon & Shopify Expert to join our team onsite. This role involves managing our entire eCommerce operations across both platforms — from account setup and product listings to marketing, order fulfillment, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, and be able to drive growth through hands-on management and strategic execution.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage Amazon Seller Central (FBA and/or FBM).
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings including SEO, images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, shipping templates, and performance metrics.
  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage Brand Registry, A+ Content, and customer reviews.
  • Regularly analyze sales reports, conversion rates, and account health.

Shopify Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage a Shopify store including themes, layout, and navigation.
  • Add and maintain product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and images.
  • Integrate payment gateways, shipping options, and apps (e.g. reviews, upsells, email marketing).
  • Implement Shopify SEO best practices and basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns, product launches, and store updates.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics via Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing Amazon and Shopify stores.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, FBA operations, and advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Shopify store setup, app integrations, and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce tax, shipping, and payment processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively onsite with the team, including marketing, design, and logistics.

Bonus Skills :

  • Experience with Shopify Plus and international marketplaces (Amazon Global, Shopify Markets).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Graphic design or content editing experience is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs120,000.00 per month
