Position Summary:

A Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of both Conventional and Addressable fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly and compliant with safety regulations. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, conducting regular tests, and working closely with clients to ensure their fire alarm systems meet all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Setup:
  • Install fire alarm systems in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
  • Program and configure alarm systems to meet specific requirements.
  • Maintenance and Inspection:
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure they are operational.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems in good working order.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local fire safety codes and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair:
  • Diagnose and repair issues with fire alarm systems.
  • Respond to service calls and emergency situations promptly.
  • Replace or repair faulty wiring, components, and devices as needed.
  • Experience: (1 TO 5 YEARS)Previous experience in fire alarm installation and maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Qualification : Diploma holder
