Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Faisalabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They will manage client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
