Role Description
Sales Executive (Entry to Mid-Level) — Full time, on-site (Faisalabad)
You will identify and pursue sales opportunities, handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, and proactively generate leads through calls and outreach. The role requires building strong customer relationships, coordinating with technical teams for onboarding, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. You'll work to achieve monthly targets and KPIs and provide post-sale support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, website, walk-ins) and respond quickly with tailored information and quotes.
- Prepare and send customised proposals and quotations.
- Conduct outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update leads/opportunities in CRM; log follow-ups and meeting notes.
- Present solutions including Business Email, Cloud & VPS, Managed AWS, and Cyber Security products.
- Coordinate with technical/support teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Meet monthly sales targets and activity KPIs; attend client meetings as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills (cleaned & recruiter-friendly)
- 1–3 years sales or customer support experience in IT, Cloud, SaaS, Business Email or Cyber Security solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident on phone and email.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in business terms.
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
