We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Expert to manage our brand's presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our audience, and implementing strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Identify influencer and partnership opportunities to enhance reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist/Expert (2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
