We are looking for dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistants to join our onsite team. The successful candidates will have 1 to 2 years of experience supporting e-commerce operations, primarily on Amazon, to help manage listings, inventory, customer service, and order fulfillment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
:

Store Management & Merchandising

  • Create, upload, and update product listings with accurate details, SEO-optimized descriptions, quality images, and pricing
  • Monitor inventory levels across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or eBay and coordinate reordering when needed
  • Perform routine platform maintenance to ensure smooth functionality

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Generate shipping labels, manage shipping partners, and update tracking information for customers
  • Handle returns and exchanges, coordinating refunds or replacements

Customer Service & Communications

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and respond to product reviews, ratings, and social media comments as appropriate
  • Resolve payment disputes and chargebacks following company policies

Marketing & Administrative Support (Optional)

  • Assist with social media scheduling and community engagement (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Maintain company data, documents, and spreadsheets such as sales and supplier lists
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support product opportunities and pricing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon or e-commerce Virtual Assistant (1-2 years preferred)
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central or other major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product descriptions is a plus
