Job Description:
SourceTeK is seeking a Front Office & Admin Executive for our co-working space in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk and administrative operations, assist visitors and clients, and support management with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and co-working members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee daily operations of the co-working space and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Manage office supplies, petty cash, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Prepare daily and monthly expense reports and rental documentation.
- Support the management team with scheduling, meetings, and event coordination.
- Maintain smooth internal communication and ensure efficient office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or front desk/reception role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
