Skill : Primavera, Project Planning and Control

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain Project Plan

·       Prepare and maintain Project Progress Phylum

·       Prepare and maintain Daily / Monthly Progress Report

·       Prepare and maintain Budget Employee Heads Breakdown Structure

·       Prepare and maintain Budget Summary

·       Prepare and maintain Project Budget

·       Review and approve Cash Demand Log

·       Maintain Interim Payment Certificate

·       Update and maintain PMD Organogram

·       Prepare and maintain Monthly Progress Review Report

·       Generate and maintain fortnightly Progress S-Curves and Budget S-Curves.

·       Prepare and maintain Procurement Track Record

·       Prepare and maintain Engineering Track Record

·       Prepare and maintain Monthly Invoice Plan

·       Preparing and maintaining Project Cash Flow sheet

·       Prepare and maintain Additional Work Resource Sheet and Additional Work Cost Sheet, if required

·       Prepare and maintain Analytical Report Format

·       Prepare and maintain Query Sheet and Query Register, when required

·       Review and approve Drawing Status and Shop Drawings Submittal Log

·       Prepare and maintain Project Close Out Report

·       Prepare and maintain Risk Register

·       Prepare and maintain Lesson Learned Report

·       Prepare and maintain Communication Matrix for site and head office.

·       Review and approve Material Purchase Request

·       Review and approve Estimation of resources, Manpower Deployment Plan and Equipment Deployment Plan

·       Prepare and maintain Baseline Schedule and take approval from client.

·       Review and approve MPR Process Flow Diagram

·       Monitoring or sub-contractor performance report

·       Communicating with site managers and workshop planning engineers about project progress.

·       Send and communicate with client about weekly progress report of the workshop projects

·       To align procurement, engineering and site execution department for successful execution of project as per project schedule.

·       Issuances of internal Work Order for workshop projects

·       Monitor and deliver Monthly Progress Review Meeting Report with Top Management in the meeting.

·       Prepare letter of claims and extension of project to clients, when required

In case of urgency, Top Management may assign another task to him.
