  • Meeting, Workflow & Task Enforcement
  • Operational Reporting
  • KPIs, documentation, and reporting lead
  • Task management and a process controller
  • Third-Party & Vendor Follow-Up
  • Employee Learning & Apprenticeship Program

Required Traits:

  • Extremely organized, structured, and process-minded
  • Persistent, assertive, and unafraid of follow-up
  • Strong written documentation skills
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented (attention to detail)
  • Comfortable holding others accountable, even senior people
  • Able to turn conversations into structured tasks
  • Strong written communication (clear, bullet-style, professional)

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Operations Associate, PMO Assistant, Program Coordinator, Administrative Analyst, or Scrum Master support role
  • Handling task tracking, reporting, or project scheduling
  • Exposure to accountability follow-up
  • Experience with tools such as Zoho, Jira, Asana, , Excel, Teams/Zoom/Slack
