About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. You will work closely with senior project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and report updates to senior management.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project documentation including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Ensure adherence to project management processes and best practices.
  • Support the team in resolving project-related issues and roadblocks.
  • Monitor budgets and resources under the guidance of senior managers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management (internships or entry-level roles count).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
