Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Brief:

Bitsol Technologies is looking for an experienced, product-minded Senior Full Stack Web Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern web technologies (React, , NestJS, ), a strong background in building scalable full-stack applications, and actively leverages AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and build smarter products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using React, , , and NestJS
• Design and implement clean, modular architecture with modern design patterns
• Use AI-driven development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and testing efficiency
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-performance features
• Translate wireframes and Figma designs into functional, responsive interfaces
• Drive technical and architectural decisions for performance and scalability
• Engage in sprint planning and technical design discussions
• Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and scalability
• Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and databases
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and AI-driven workflows
• Take ownership of end-to-end product development quality and delivery

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience:

• years of experience in full-stack web development

Core Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in React (Hooks, Context, Server Components) and (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR, API Routes, Middleware)
• Backend experience with & NestJS using modular, scalable architectures
• Solid understanding of TypeScript-first development and design patterns
• Proficient with HTML5, modern CSS (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components)
• Experience building and consuming REST & GraphQL APIs (and API versioning best practices)

Data & Storage

• Strong understanding of database design, indexing, and performance
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis)
• Experience with ORM/ODM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM, Mongoose)

AI-Driven Development

• Experience using AI coding copilots (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Kiro)
• Ability to integrate AI APIs/LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini)
• Understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing, documentation, and automation tools

Modern Frontend & Performance

• Strong focus on accessibility, performance, and knowledge of technical SEO
• Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil, Context, React Query)
• Familiarity with component-driven development (Storybook, Design Systems)

Software Quality & DevOps

• Experience with unit, integration & E2E testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines & Git workflows
• Experience deploying on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and serverless architectures

Soft Skills & Collaboration

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
