𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend excellence, you will lead the development of fault-tolerant, high-performance systems that power large-scale video processing, data storage, and APIs. You will architect scalable microservices, optimize databases, and push technical innovation in a mission-critical environment.

• Architect and implement scalable backend services for real-time data and video processing


• Lead design of microservices and distributed systems for reliability and scalability


• Optimize database schemas, indexing, and caching for performance


• Collaborate closely with AI, frontend, and platform teams for end-to-end solutions


• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with strong observability and documentation practices


• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime


• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers


• Optimize data pipelines for low-latency, high-reliability performance


• Contribute to technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging backend technologies

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

6+ years in backend or full-stack software engineering

Strong expertise in Python, , or GoLang

Proven experience with microservices architecture

Deep knowledge of APIs, SQL/NoSQL, caching, and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Experience with CI/CD, testing, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Understanding of real-time data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark)

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Bonus Skills: Video processing, large-scale data systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform
