Key Responsibilities:

Lead Nurturing:

Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Monitor and manage our online presence and reputation across various platforms, including social media, review sites, and business directories.

Data Organization:
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and well-organized.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to provide insights and improve lead generation strategies, ensuring continuous optimization.

Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance, ORM effectiveness, and overall sales conversions.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in
Lead Generation
and
ORM
.

Expertise in sourcing and managing leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and freelance websites.

Familiarity with lead generation tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms).

Strong understanding of ORM principles, tools, and platforms.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects professionally.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize and manage large volumes of data.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
