*Job Summary*

As a cold calling/sales agent, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential clients

  2. Generating leads and scheduling appointments

  3. Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs

  4. Presenting properties and negotiating deals

*Requirements*

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  2. No proven sales experience (real estate experience) required

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  4. Strong organizational and time management skills

  5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

  6. Willingness to learn and commitment to work is a must.
