We are hiring 1 Female Cold Callers to join our night-shift sales team. the cold caller should be experienced in engaging clients and booking appointments. for our book services. Excellent spoken English is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets
  • Clearly communicate the company's services and generate interest
  • Qualify leads and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
  • Follow up on previous interactions when needed
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with neutral or clear accent
  • Female applicants welcome (1 required from each)
  • Must be comfortable with night shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
  • Confident, proactive, and polite phone manners
  • Basic understanding of computers and communication tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Zoom, CRM tools)
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude

Preferred :

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (6 months)
  • Knowledge of design, publishing, or digital marketing services
