SQA Specialist

Quanrio is looking for an SQA Analyst to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance across all deliverables. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Understand client requirements thoroughly and ensure product quality aligns with expectations.

-Act as a bridge between client requirements and the development team to ensure deliverables meet business goals.

-Conduct functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.

-Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.

-Perform UI/UX testing to ensure responsiveness, consistency, and user-friendly design.

-Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues effectively.

-Track, manage, and report bugs using Jira, , and maintain bug tracking sheets for transparency.

-Conduct load/performance testing using Postman or JMeter.

-Validate backend API integrations and ensure proper data flow between systems.

-Provide continuous feedback and suggestions to enhance product quality and QA processes.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and test client requirements effectively.

-Proficiency in Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory).

-Hands-on experience in Test Case Design & Execution.

-Familiarity with Bug Tracking & Reporting Tools (Jira, , Google Sheets).

-Experience with API Testing tools like Postman and Swagger.

-Basic understanding of Load & Performance Testing using Postman or JMeter.

-Attention to detail for UI/UX Testing and Responsiveness Verification.

-Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:

-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

-Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or version control systems (e.g., Git).

-Familiarity with QA metrics and reporting.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time (On-site), Morning shift

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞: Starting from 80k and above (depending on candidate's skill set and expertise)
