Human Resource Executive
We are hiring an HR Executive who can actively take part with HR administrations.
About:
Trigency 360 is a dynamic one-stop marketing solution agency based in Karachi Division.
We work with clients in a variety of industries and locations, both in Pakistan and internationally. Our approach is to collaborate closely with our customers to develop and implement customized marketing plans that are focused on their objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
● Assist in recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
● Support performance management and training initiatives.
● Assist in handling Payroll of the employees.
● Support HR with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, managing
databases, and processing paperwork.
● Gain exposure to employee relations, benefits administration, and company policies.
● Stay current on HR trends and best practices through research or attending relevant
workshops (if applicable).
Job Specification:
● Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
● At least completed Internship in HR Department
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and take initiative.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Stay updated on HR trends
