Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Facebook Ads Specialist (B2B Leadgen). The Facebook Ads Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Facebook ad campaigns aimed at generating leads. Daily tasks will include creating ad strategies, monitoring ad performance, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, managing ad budgets, and collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns focused on lead generation for service businesses


• Manage ad budgets and maximize ROI for B2B clients


• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences


• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations


• Stay current with Meta's advertising platform updates and best practices

Ideal Candidate:


•
Must be up-to-date with latest Meta algorithm updates


•
Proven experience managing Facebook Ads (portfolio/case studies required)


• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels


• Data-driven with excellent analytical skills


• Agency experience is a major plus
