About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Facebook Ads Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and digital advertising strategies. The primary responsibility is to create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct audience research to create highly targeted ad campaigns.
  • Design and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve performance and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and paid social campaigns.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad design and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
