Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive at Rasheed Steel located in SITE Industrial Area Karachi. We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounts officer to provide assistance in financial

operations & reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting.

Job Description

  • Prepare customer quotations, invoices, recording of receipts, aging, customer reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare supplier cheques, recording of supplier invoices, aging, supplier reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
  • Disbursement of monthly salaries.
  • Provide assistant in monthly sales tax submission and other compliances.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and cash reconciliations on daily basis.
  • Recording of import transactions, markup transactions and other bank charges.
  • Maintain petty cash including (payments, recording, reporting and replenishment)
  • Funds transfer letter (RTGS, IBFT).

Requirements

  • B. Com/MBA Finance
  • 4-5 years of experience in finance.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & MS office skills
