About the Role

Were looking for a seasoned Principal Software Engineer ) to lead backend architecture and development for scalable, high-performance systems. This role involves guiding technical decisions, mentoring developers, and driving innovation across multiple projects.. The ideal candidate must be proficient in TypeScript and , have strong expertise in MongoDB, and be skilled in building optimized APIs.
Experience with WebSocket's, Microservices, and Redis is essential. The candidate should also have a good understanding of system design and best practices for performance and maintainability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead backend architecture design and development using and related frameworks
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QA
  • Review code, provide technical guidance, and drive engineering best practices
  • Participate in technical decision-making and long-term system design
  • Optimize performance and ensure high availability of backend services 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of backend development experience using and TypeScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience with framework.
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose ODM.
  • Experience in WebSocket's and real-time communication.
  • Proven work in Microservices architecture and modular application design.
  • Practical experience using Redis for caching or Pub/Sub.
  • Basic understanding of system design and scalable backend architecture.
  • Good grasp of API optimization and security best practices.
  • Proficient with version control tools like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
