Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Software Engineer / Technical Project Manager at our Lahore office. The Principal Software Engineer / Technical Project Manager will lead technical projects, manage development teams, oversee the entire software development life cycle, and ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include designing and developing software solutions, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in software development using technologies such as MERN, Python, AI, and ML
  • Skills in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology or related industries is a plus
