We are looking for a Cashier & Store Keeper who can manage cash counter, inventory, and overall store operations with responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash counter: handle customer payments, generate receipts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate POS machine and ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in Excel; track incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Ensure proper coding, tagging, and organized storage of all items.
  • Conduct daily cash closing and inventory closing.
  • Handle appointment-based calls with customers, confirm timings, and manage smooth visit flow.
  • Greet and assist customers, provide details about available pieces, and coordinate with them.
  • Receive delivered items, scan, verify quality, and update records.
  • Report issues to the Manager and resolve them under guidance.
  • Take ownership of overall store operations and fulfill any store-related requirements.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail/store operations.
  • Strong knowledge of clothing & fashion, including sizes and styling, with the ability to guide customers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in speaking English.
  • Proficiency in Excel & inventory management tools.
  • Proactive attitude & strong time management, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to take full ownership of store operations.
