Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Service Optimization Specialist (FSOS) to oversee service performance across multiple remote locations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, driving key performance metrics, and enhancing service delivery. The FSOS will work closely with local teams, providing guidance, training, and strategic support to achieve company objectives. While technicians do not report directly to this position, the FSOS must be able to influence outcomes through collaboration, coaching, and data-driven decision-making. The role will also have a focus on net profit performance within the P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across multiple locations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with local managers and technicians to drive service excellence and achieve performance targets.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure teams meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and field operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute action plans to address underperforming locations, leveraging data and insights to drive improvements.
  • Conduct regular remote check-ins to assess compliance with company policies and service procedures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across all service locations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including district managers, customer service, and Operations, to optimize service operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing service issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze financial performance, including net profit, and implement strategies to improve P&L results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a service operations role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Proven ability to drive results without direct authority, leveraging influence and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in service industries such as technical support or field service management.
  • Financial acumen with an understanding of P&L management and profitability strategies is a plus.
