This specialist will scale our IT services business, which focuses on design, development, and customer care solutions.

We require a proven professional who can effectively manage our established profile and drive new business acquisition.

Your core responsibility is maximizing the potential of our highly successful Upwork profile by writing personalized, successful proposals to secure high-value projects and client interviews.

As our dedicated specialist, you will also manage and execute strategic outreach across three critical channels: designing and running personalized cold email sequences, implementing a targeted outreach plan on LinkedIn for relevant decision-makers, and managing personalized direct message strategies on Instagram.

We are looking for a highly proficient candidate who excels in generating leads specifically for IT services. You must be able to provide clear, weekly reports on all performance metrics, ensuring we are constantly optimizing based on data. Proficiency in all four areas. ​Upwork bidding, Email, LinkedIn, and Instagram ​is non-negotiable for this role.
