What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan designed to achieve ambitious sales targets in the UAE and US markets.
  • Identify and prospect new opportunities within academic institutions, libraries, and research organizations to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value of our digital solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to provide a seamless and integrated customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide management with accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a successful track record in selling digital content, e-book, or RSP solutions.
  • In-depth market knowledge of the academic publishing and digital content landscape, with specific familiarity of the UAE and US regions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex value propositions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools to effectively manage the sales cycle and report on activity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
