Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Backend Developer at Initouch Pvt Ltd in Lahore, with flexibility for remote work. The Junior Backend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining , PHP, and Laravel applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the responsiveness of applications. They will work on the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using and PHP Laravel.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Debug and troubleshoot application issues and bugs.
  • Assist in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in backend development.

Qualifications

  • Basic experience with , PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like or Angular.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Backend development
