We're Hiring: Sales Development Specialist

Target-Based Salary: 60, ,000 PKR

Commissions: 20,000 Rs on 4 Sales or $1000 Revenue


Location: Near Bahria Town, Lahore

Timmings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Night Shift - US Market)

We're seeking a high-energy Outbound Sales Development Representative who can
confidently make cold calls
and generate meetings. This is not a typical script reading job; it's a technical sales role where you will learn about digital marketing services, understand the US market, and various sales strategies.

Role Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles, particularly in the North American market
  • Exhibits a dynamic "hunter mentality," consistently driven to proactively seek out and engage high-value leads with precision and determination
  • Fluent, confident English-speaking skills and a confident personality
  • Proven Track Record of Sales in a Remote Setting

What You'll Do:

  • Cold call service businesses (primarily in the US)
  • Present and pitch Oastreck's marketing solutions
  • Set up meetings for the Sales Manager
  • Follow Up and Maintain Relationships
