Hakeem Easy Finance is looking for a Jr. Associate Negotiator to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you're passionate about helping customers, have strong communication skills, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, resolving issues related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, or account status.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, repayment reminders, and customer feedback collection.

  • Guide users through the mobile application and educate them on how to use the platform effectively.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments (tech, recovery, finance) as per standard operating procedures.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling customer information.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Salary & Benefits: PKR 40,000/month + Company Benefits (Medical, etc.)
