We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Gather and document business requirements through discussions with stakeholders.
  • Support data analysis, process mapping, and reporting activities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure business needs are properly translated into system configurations.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features or system updates.
  • Prepare user manuals and help deliver user training sessions.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) platforms.
